EGYPTIAN Achievements in 2019!

We are celebrating the huge success of Riad GamalEldin & Zohra Merabet upon the incredible completion of Ultra X Jordan 2019!

The champs have made it to the finish line after 5 days of running 250km.

Zohra Merabet(69 years) is an Algerian who has lived in Egypt for over 30 years now and have always been a huge inspiration for all the runners out there. Her dedication and commitment to running make you want to run like you never did before!

Riad GamalEldin He is the first Egyptian to join the Ultra X series and finish the 250 of Ultra X Jordan this year. Riad has joined a Triathlon in 2004, and Ironman in Dubai in 2018. He will participate next year in one of the toughest ultra-marathons worldwide in the Moroccan desert which is Marathon Des Sables for 250km on 6 days. We wish him the best of luck

Chicago Marathon!

This year, on October 13th, 2019 the annual event was inaugurated and among tens of thousands of participants were 2 Egyptian Marathoners:  Amany Khalil and Yehia AbdelHakeem.

Both of the Egyptian Runners complete distance of 42 km and left a footprint in Chicago, Illinois raising the Egyptian flag high!

Amany Khalil It was a historical moment for Amany Khalil to finish the 3rd marathon in the series of World Marathon Majors. Amany started with Boston Marathon (2017), followed by Berlin Marathon (2018) and now ending on a high note with Chicago’s (2019) hoping to make it to the rest of the series.
Amany Khalil is a 53-young marathoner, Ironman finisher (Barcelona) and a Triathlon professional (starting the age of 50!)

Chicago Marathon was founded in 1977 and since then they have welcomed more than a half-million runners across its finish line.
Our Marathoners competed with tens of thousands this year and was able to make it to the finish line at the following times:
